Work-Family Conflict on the Axis of Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Healthcare Professionals

چکیده
Sağlık hizmetlerinin etkinliği, verimliliği ve kalitesi çalışan performansına bağlıdır. İnsan gücünün iş performansı ise kişisel özelliklerden, çalışma ortamı koşullarından diğer çalışanların tutum davranışlarından etkilenmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Çalışanlarının tatmini ekseninde iş-aile çatışmasının varlığının tespit edilmesidir. Çalışma kesitsel tipte bir alan çalışmasıdır. Tokat ili sağlık personeli olarak görev yapan çalışmaya gönüllü katılan 495 kişi araştırma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, işteki performans ile işin tanımlanması üzerindeki hakimiyet durumu, aile-iş çatışmasında özyeterlik düzeyi ailenin arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu edilmiştir. İş-aile negatif Kişisel faktör değişkenleri araştırmada ele alınan alanlar farklılık olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
